Our History

Engineering Recruit Scotland was established in 2009 with a single goal: to provide genuine, value-added recruitment services to employers seeking the best UK-based engineering talent. Our team brings over twenty-five years of combined recruitment experience gained across Scotland, from consultant through to director level.

We felt that far too many recruitment consultancies were simply skimming job boards and shuffling CVs to potential employers. For us, that was never a valuable service — so we set out to offer something different.

Our Specialisms

At Engineering Recruit Scotland we specialise in business-to-business technical opportunities. Most of the positions we handle are engineering roles. Whether these sit within construction products and services, information technology or other sectors, the positions we cover and the people we work with tend to have a strong technical element involving problem-solving and a consultative approach.
