The ideal candidate is a Quality Engineer with ambitions to step up into a management role. You will have experience with non-destructive testing (NDT), root cause analysis, and working within a manufacturing environment. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on collaboration, values being part of a senior management team, and is ready to report directly to the Managing Director.
We are looking for a hands-on Quality Manager to take a key role within the senior management team. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will have the opportunity to manage and shape quality processes, working closely with both management and production teams. Your responsibilities will include interfacing directly with the production team, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring quality standards are met and exceeded.
