A global manufacturing firm with real engineering pedigree. This is a key hire for their UK business which achieved 15% growth across the country last year. Their unique range of manufacturing capabilities has made them a Tier 1 supplier for several market verticals, including Aerospace and F1. Recent investments in technology and acquisitions will further boost growth for 2018, leading to opportunities across the business.
You will be an experienced Quality Engineer/Manager from an engineering environment with previous exposure to Aerospace, F1 or Automotive environments.
Initially, this is a hands-on, task orientated role which will fairly quickly lead to a more senior leadership position which will sit on the senior management team for the UK business. You will have exposure to some of their most prestigious accounts across a variety of vertical markets including Aerospace, F1, Automotive and Oil & Gas. You will implement, manage and improve their quality management systems including ISO9001, 9100C and NADCAP while driving continuous improvement philosophies across the business. This is a realistic opportunity to move into a progressive and expanding business where current length of service across the business is generally over ten years.
